Subo, from the Tagalog language of the Philippines, means “TO FEED“. Subo offers eclectic southeast asian dishes with bold exotic flavors served on small plates.The menu brings together the chef’s classical French training and Filipino background into unique sauces, meats, seafood, noodles, rice and vegetable creations. Dishes are meant to be shared with the whole table, family style.

“Growing up, my mom (like every Filipino home I know) would always welcome everyone into our home by feeding them and asking ‘Are you hungry?’ My mom instilled that into me and I want people to feel invited and comfortable in my restaurant. Come in, and I’ll feed you.”
